ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, after order confirmation.
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
During high order volumes, product launches, sale events, or promotional periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid Orders
Free shipping is available across India, subject to the minimum order value as stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 may be applicable on COD orders.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation and shall be treated as final.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
Metro Cities
2 to 5 business days
Non-Metro and Remote Locations
4 to 8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner coverage, local conditions, weather, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Happiveda shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
You may track your order status directly using the provided tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed during the checkout process.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping coverage in the future at our discretion.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will generally make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Immediately inform our customer support team
- Share clear photographs of the package
We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or packaging requirements. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
